Frequently asked questions

Everything about downloads, formats, licensing and printing — answered in plain language.

How do I get my files after purchase?

Instantly. As soon as your payment clears, the download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to you. No waiting for shipping — digital products are delivered 24/7.

What exactly is included in a set?

Each product page lists the exact contents: the number of illustrations, file format (transparent PNG and/or white-background JPG) and the resolution (300 DPI, commonly 4096×4096 px and up). Some bundles also include a PDF with a Google Drive link for very large archives.

PNG or JPG — which do I need?

PNG files have a transparent background — perfect for placing art over other images (mugs, shirts, mockups, collages). JPG files have a solid white background — great for printing directly. Many sets include both so you can choose per project.

Can I use the art for products I sell?

Yes — the small-business commercial license is included. You may use the designs in finished products you sell (up to 500 units per purchase): print-on-demand items, stickers, cards, planners and more. Reselling or redistributing the digital files themselves is not allowed.

What size should I print?

All files are 300 DPI. As a rule of thumb, a 4096×4096 px image prints beautifully at up to ~34×34 cm (13.6×13.6 in). Larger canvas sizes in a set go further — check the product description for exact pixel dimensions.

How do I print the files?

Print at home on matte or glossy paper, or upload the JPG/PNG to any print shop or online printer (Vistaprint, CVS, Staples, local print centers). For best color results choose “Actual size” and high-quality print settings.

The files came as a PDF with a link — what do I do?

Some larger sets are delivered that way: open the PDF, click the private Google Drive link inside and download the full archive to your computer. That lets us include very big files without huge email attachments.

Do I need special software?

No. Files open with any image viewer and print from any computer. To edit or compose with them, free tools like Canva work great; designers can use Photoshop, Procreate, Cricut Design Space and similar apps.

What is your refund policy?

Because these are instant digital downloads, sales are generally final. That said — if a file is corrupted, doesn’t match its description or simply doesn’t work for you, email us within 14 days and we’ll make it right (fix, replace or refund).

I have an idea for a set — do you take requests?

We love requests! Send your idea through the contact page; popular suggestions often become new collections — and you’ll get first-word when they launch.
